Before You Book
The questions moms actually ask.
What does "$0 down" actually mean?
It means a modest reservation — as little as $0* — holds your date instead of a large deposit up front. Your exact reservation amount, plan and payment schedule are confirmed in writing with a coordinator and your lender at your free consultation.
Does checking my options affect my credit score?
Checking your pre-qualify options is typically a soft credit pull, which does not affect your credit score.* If you move forward with a specific lender's financing, that lender's own application may involve a separate credit check — this is explained clearly before you apply for anything.
When does my first payment actually start?
Payments can be deferred until after your recovery window, so the bill doesn't land during the weeks you're not earning.* The exact start date is set with your lender at consultation and depends on the financing partner and your approval terms.
What if I'm not approved for financing, or for $0 down?
Financing is subject to lender approval and depends on your individual credit profile — approval, terms and the deferred-first-payment feature are never guaranteed.* If one option doesn't fit, your coordinator reviews the other named partners and alternative terms with you at consultation, with no pressure either way.
Who'll take care of my kids while I recover?
This is the other big question most moms lead with, and it's planned before your date, not after. Weeks one and two are the restricted stretch — no lifting the little ones — so we map out in advance who helps with the house and the school run, alongside your payment timeline.
Can't I just fix the belly pouch with more core work?
Often not. A pouch that survives diet and exercise is frequently diastasis — separated abdominal muscle — which planks and crunches physically cannot knit back together. A tummy tuck repairs the muscle itself; that's the difference, and why effort alone rarely finishes the job or brings your core strength back.
I had a C-section. Does that change anything?
Often for the better. Where possible the existing caesarean scar can be worked with — incorporated into the tummy-tuck incision rather than added to. It's reviewed openly at consultation so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.
Will it last if I have another baby?
A future pregnancy can undo the result, which is exactly why timing is part of the plan. If you may have more children, the honest recommendation is usually to wait — and your $0-down terms will still be here when you're ready, rather than booking you anyway.
Is it safe — and how much recovery are we really talking about?
It's real surgery, with real anesthesia, a real recovery and real risks — done by a board-certified surgeon in a fully accredited facility. The restricted stretch is roughly the first two weeks, with a gradual return over about six; timelines are typical ranges and individual, never guaranteed. Everything, including your payment schedule, is spelled out before you agree to it.
How do I know if I'm even a candidate?
The 60-second Pre-Qualify & Candidacy Check gives a first read in about a minute, including a sense of your $0-down terms. It isn't a diagnosis or a financing approval — a board-certified surgeon confirms candidacy, and a lender confirms terms, at your free consultation.
