Before you book
The questions moms actually ask.
What does "$0 down" actually mean?
It means reserving your procedure date and locking your candidacy plan doesn't require any money up front. Your all-inclusive price is confirmed at your free consult, and financing (where you choose to use it) starts from a $0 down position rather than a deposit.
When does my first payment actually start?
For moms who use the deferred-start option, the first payment is scheduled after your recovery window — once you're back to your normal routine and earning again — instead of the same month as your surgery. Your exact start date is set with your lender at consult.
Does the pre-qualify check affect my credit?
No. It's a soft check, and it never shows up on your credit report or affects your score. You'll see a real estimate in about a minute, before you've booked anything.
What if my lender doesn't approve the deferred payment option?
Deferred-first-payment financing is subject to lender approval, and terms vary by applicant. If deferred-start isn't available to you, your coordinator walks through the other financing options (including standard monthly plans) at your consult — there's no obligation either way.
How much does a mommy makeover cost?
A combined mommy makeover is all-inclusive from $6,499*, with financing that can bring it to around $142/month* once payments begin. You can see the pre-qualify estimate from the 60-second check, before you talk to anyone. Your exact number is set at your free consult once a plan is built for your case; combined plans that add more components run higher.
Who's taking care of me while I recover — and while I'm not earning?
That's exactly the gap this plan is built around: nothing is billed during the restricted first weeks, and your surgeon reviews you along the way so you're never guessing what's normal. Your first payment doesn't start until you're back to your routine.
The pouch survives every diet — what is that, really?
Very often it's not fat at all. During pregnancy the abdominal muscles can separate down the middle — diastasis recti — leaving a gap that no amount of core work closes, because it's anatomy, not effort. A tummy tuck repairs the muscle itself; that's the difference.
Can breastfeeding come before or after?
Timing matters. It's generally best to wait until you've finished nursing and your breasts have settled (often several months after weaning) before a breast procedure, so the result is planned on your true shape. Feeding future babies is discussed candidly at consult as part of the plan.
I had a C-section. Does that change anything?
Often for the better. Where possible the existing cesarean scar can be worked with — incorporated into the tummy-tuck incision rather than added to. It's reviewed openly at consult so nothing about your history is a surprise on the day.
Is it surgery? How much downtime, and is it safe?
Yes — it's real, combined surgery performed under anesthesia in an accredited facility by a board-certified surgeon, not a walk-in procedure. The restricted stretch is roughly the first two weeks, with a gradual return over about six; timelines are typical ranges and individual, never guaranteed. Everything is spelled out before you agree to it.
Is this a weight-loss treatment?
No. A mommy makeover repairs separated muscle, removes excess skin and restores breast shape — it is not a treatment for weight loss or obesity. It works best when you're already at or near a stable weight, and it's an elective cosmetic choice for adults 18+.
How do I know if I'm a candidate?
The 60-second check gives you a first read, and your candidacy — and the right timing — is confirmed by a board-certified surgeon at your free consult. If it's not the right time yet, we'll say so.
